We are an independent dealer of products made by Deye. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the manufacturer, and this website is not run by Deye. “Deye” and the Deye product names are trademarks of their owners; we use them only to identify the products we offer.

Product images, specifications and documents come from the manufacturer and remain its property. Documents are linked to the manufacturer’s own servers; we do not host copies of them.

This website is a product catalogue with a quote request form. It shows no prices and you cannot buy anything on it. Sending a request does not create a contract and does not oblige you or us to anything.

A contract exists only when you accept a written quotation from us, on the terms stated in that quotation (price, availability, delivery, payment and warranty handling).

Technical data is shown as the manufacturer publishes it and may change without notice; datasheets are re-issued regularly. We take care to reproduce it correctly, but the manufacturer’s current datasheet and the confirmed quotation prevail. Please check both before you order or design a system.

Solution pages and guidance texts are general information, not a design for your installation. Installation and grid connection must be carried out by qualified installers under the rules of your country.

You may use this website to look for products and to contact us. Please do not send requests on someone else’s behalf without their permission, try to disrupt the website or the form, or copy the catalogue in bulk by automated means.

We provide the website with reasonable care but cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. When a contract is concluded with you as a consumer, you keep all rights that consumer law gives you, including the legal guarantee of conformity for goods and, for contracts concluded at a distance, the right of withdrawal where it applies. The quotation will set out how to exercise them.

Romanian consumer authority: ANPC. Alternative dispute resolution: ANPC — SAL. Consumers resident in another EU country can also contact the ADR body or the European Consumer Centre of their country. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued.

We do not supply products to persons, entities or destinations subject to European Union restrictive measures, and we may decline a request that would breach them.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes with business customers go to the competent Romanian courts. If you are a consumer, choosing Romanian law does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the EU country where you live: you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country or in Romania, and we may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the country where you live.
