Support for Deye inverters
Service and warranty requests for equipment you bought from us, monitoring with Deye Cloud, and the manufacturer's own tools for checks only Deye can do.
Service and warranty through your seller
If you bought your equipment from SECURISTIKA SRL, we are your first point of contact. Send us:
- the model and serial number of the unit,
- the invoice number or order reference,
- a short description of the fault, with photos of the display or the alarm codes if you can,
- and, if the system is online, access to its monitoring for the installer who checks it.
Product warranties are given by the manufacturer, on the terms Deye publishes for the product and the region. We check the case with you and your installer and take it up with the manufacturer. If you bought elsewhere, contact your seller first.
Monitoring with Deye Cloud
Deye inverters and storage systems connect to Deye Cloud through a data logger, so the owner and the installer can follow production, battery state and alarms from a browser or the app.

Frequently asked questions
Are these inverters approved for my country's grid?
We list only series made for EU grids. Grid-code approvals differ by country: the documents section of each product lists the EU grid-code certificates the manufacturer publishes, such as VDE-AR-N 4105, CEI 0-21 or EN 50549. Ask us if your country is not listed.
Can I add a battery later?
Yes, with a hybrid inverter. It runs as a grid-tied inverter until a compatible battery is connected. String inverters and microinverters do not take a battery directly.
Where do I find the latest datasheet?
On each product page and in the downloads centre. The links open the manufacturer's current file, so you always see the version Deye publishes.
Why are there no prices?
Prices depend on quantities, availability and delivery, so we quote each request in writing. Nothing is sold directly on this website.
Is this website run by Deye?
No. This website is operated by SECURISTIKA SRL, an independent dealer. For the manufacturer, go to deyeinverter.com.
How do I monitor my system?
Deye inverters connect to Deye Cloud through a data logger. The datasheet of each series lists the loggers it supports, and we add the right one to the quotation.
